Returns
For customer safety, each package will arrive securely sealed and packaged. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we accept returns only on sealed, unopened bottles within 30 days of receiving the product. The customer is required to pay a small $5 fee for return shipping. This fee will be deducted from the total funds credited back to the customer. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
To start the return process, please email [email protected] to obtain a return authorization. Once we authorize your return, you will be emailed a Prepaid Shipping Label. Please print out this shipping label and attach it your package. Kindly make sure that returned items such as glass bottles are securely packaged before sending them to the post office or drop-off location. Your return will be processed within 2 to 4 business days after successful delivery of your returned package.
Please keep in mind that seeing improvements in health and wellness takes time. One single bottle will not do a full body detox. We recommend using the products for 90 days to experience the full benefits.
Cancellations
If you placed an order and realize that you have made a mistake or would like to cancel, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If you contact us before your order ships, then your full refund will be initiated immediately. If you would like to cancel after your order ships, then your request will be processed like a standard return. This means that you must obtain a return authorization and ship the package back using the Prepaid Shipping Label that we email you. Please note that there is a small $5 return shipping fee.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly send you a replacement item free of any additional costs. In order to comply with our exchange policy, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product and we will handle your issue within 24 to 48 hours.
